Public discovery chat runs as a deterministic planner unless a server-side model provider is configured. It can plan toolchains and classify protected steps, but it will not fake model output or tool execution.
Public-safe planning is open. Protected execution requires PLATPHORM_API_KEY and is never stored in the browser.
