Is Claws a generic chatbot?
No. Public chat is a planner for tool discovery, toolchain validation, protected action classification, and evidence. It does not fabricate model or tool output.
Does Claws replace MCP Gateway, Evals, Sandbox, BrowserOps, AgentUI, Trace, or Monitor?
No. Those are integrations. Claws orchestrates planning, validation, evidence, and protected action handoff across them.
What requires PLATPHORM_API_KEY?
Mutations, protected tools, persistent workspace/session/memory writes, expensive tests, private traces, provider credentials, report publishing, and admin actions.
Is OpenClaw fully implemented here?
Claws implements compatible metadata, public discovery, local drafts, protected workspace boundaries, and degraded states. Hosted runtime and marketplace support are not claimed.
