Memory Policy
Public access is limited to memory policy and summaries. Private memory reads, writes, deletion, and persistence require PLATPHORM_API_KEY. Claws does not fabricate agent memory.
Boundary
Protected by default for persistent memory.
Public: policy summary only.
Protected: write, delete, private read, and durable save.
Browser: do not store PLATPHORM_API_KEY in localStorage.
