Workspace Drafts and Protected Persistence
Public users can inspect workspace policy and create local drafts. Durable workspace writes are protected and require PLATPHORM_API_KEY plus configured persistence. Claws does not claim multi-tenant workspace storage when the database is absent.
State
Honest degraded state for server persistence.
Public read: enabled for summaries and local draft metadata.
Protected write: requires PLATPHORM_API_KEY.
Persistence: degraded unless DATABASE_URL is configured and migrations exist.
